Pursuant to section 31F of the Education Act 1989, the Minister of Education gives the following notice.
N o t i c e
1. Title and commencement-(1) This notice may be cited as the Recognition as Lead Providers of Secondary-Tertiary Programmes Notice 2012.
(2) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
2. Recognised lead providers-The following school boards of trustees, industry training organisations, Government training establishments or institutions are recognised as lead providers of secondary-tertiary programmes:
(i) Massey High School Board of Trustees, Auckland.
(ii) Nayland College Board of Trustees, Nelson.
(iii) Universal College of Learning, Palmerston North.
