Pursuant to section 28 of the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Minister for ACC has been pleased to reappoint
Paula Rebstock, of North Shore
and appoint
Kristy McDonald, QC, of Wellington
Professor Desmond Gorman, of Auckland
Trevor Janes, of Auckland
as members of the ACC Board;
and, pursuant to Clause 1 of Schedule 5 of the Crown Entities Act 2004, appoint
Paula Rebstock, of North Shore
as chair; and
Trevor Janes, of Auckland
as deputy chair
of the ACC Board;
all for three-year terms of office from 3 September 2012.
