Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(iii) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 26 March 2012, which was
granted under those Regulations to Andrea Roberts in respect of North Beach Community Childcare Centre (70419), situated at 109 Marriotts Road, North Beach, Christchurch.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
