Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(iii) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 20 April 2009, which
was granted under those Regulations to Laura Black
in respect of The Methodist Mission Early Learning Centre Preschool (83002), situated at 325 Hillside Road, South Dunedin, Dunedin.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
