Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 15 March 2011, which was granted under those Regulations to Trudy Smith in respect of Hardy Kids Early Learning Centre 1 (45139), situated at 400 Hardy Street East, Nelson.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
