Under section 78N(2) of the Education Act 1989, as the Secretary for Education's delegate, I amend the Notice of Direction to Appoint a Commissioner for Potaka School, as published in the Supplement to the New Zealand Gazette,
24 May 2011, No. 70, page 1657, and appoint
Jodie Cook
as the commissioner for Potaka School board of trustees.
This notice takes effect on the day of publication.
