Pursuant to section 160(3) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Minister of Finance makes the following statement:
"On 23 August 2012, I, The Honourable Simon William English, Minister of Finance, and The Honourable Anthony Boyd Williams Ryall, Minister of Health, gave joint approval for Health Benefits Limited to borrow from the Crown for the purposes of progressing its programme of work to reform the finance, procurement and supply chain functions of District Health Boards."
