Pursuant to section 65ZD(3) of the Public Finance Act 1989, the Minister of Finance makes the following statement:
"On 23 August 2012, I, The Honourable Simon William English, Minister of Finance, on behalf of the Crown, gave a guarantee up to a maximum of $20 million
to Health Benefits Limited to enable it to enter into agreements to execute its programme of work to reform the finance, procurement and supply chain functions of District Health Boards."
