Under Regulation 28(2) of the Gas (Information Disclosure) Regulations 1997 ("the Regulations"), Powerco Limited is hereby exempted, until 31 October 2012, from the particular requirement of Regulation 23 that the associated disclosure is made within two months after the end of each financial year, and the particular requirements of Regulations 6, 7 and 15 that the associated disclosures are made within five months after the end of each financial year.
Under Regulation 28(2) of the Regulations, Vector Limited and Gasnet Limited are hereby exempted, until 31 October 2012, from the particular requirement of Regulation 23
that the associated disclosure is made within two months after the end of each financial year.
