Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 27 July 2012, which was granted under those Regulations to Debby Jarvis in respect of ABC Greenmeadows Rua (55193), situated at 504 Kennedy Road, Greenmeadows, Napier.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
