Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 21 April 2008, which was granted under those Regulations to Sherilyn Walsh in respect of Abc Educare - Centre A (40231), situated at 462 St Aubyn Street, New Plymouth.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
