Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 23 June 2010, which was granted under those Regulations to Fiona Hughes in respect of Edukids Albany Preschool (20232), situated at Shop 2 Civic Centre, Shop 109 Civic Crescent, Albany, Auckland.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
