Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 22 December 2011, which was granted under those Regulations to Yvonne Groot in respect of Bear Park Mt Eden Infant Toddlers (10201), situated at 32 Akiraho Street, Mount Eden, Auckland.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
