Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 15 February 2011, which was granted under those Regulations to Roseanne Saluni in respect of Kindercare Learning Centres (21 B) Sylvia Park (10093), situated at 140 Aranui Road, Mount Wellington, Auckland.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
