Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 1 December 2011,
which was granted under those Regulations to Angela Pua'avase in respect of Autaumafai A Fanau A'oga Amata Trust (65185), situated at 221 Woodham Road, Linwood, Christchurch.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
