as a member and chairperson; and

as a member and deputy chairperson; and

Dr Conway Powell
for three-year terms of office which commence on
7 September 2012 and ends on 6 September 2015; and appointed
Professor Andrew Mercer
as a member for a term which commences on 31 October 2012 and ends on 6 September 2015.
