Pursuant to section 78N(3)(b) of the Education Act 1989 and as the Secretary of Education’s delegate, I hereby dissolve the St Joseph’s School (Dargaville) Board of Trustees and appoint
Derek Birt
as commissioner to replace that board.
This notice takes effect on the day of publication.
