Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(ii) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 16 July 2012, which was granted under those Regulations to Anne Smith in respect of Childs Play Nursery (65095), situated at 23 Main South Road, Tinwald, Ashburton.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
