Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 1 June 2011, which was granted under those Regulations to Anthony Batchelor in respect of St Marks Foundation Centre (60065), situated at 11 Dufferin Street, Mount Victoria, Wellington.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
