Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 20 May 2009, which was granted under those Regulations to Charlotte Facer in respect of Lollipops Educare Albany (25372), situated at 406 Rosedale Road, North Harbour, Auckland.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
