Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 24 August 2006, which was granted under those Regulations to Stuart Thornell in respect of Bear Park Henderson No 1 (10366), situated at 64-68 Summerlands Drive, Henderson, Auckland.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
