Pursuant to clause 28(3)(a) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Minister for Economic Development and the Minister
of Trade have been pleased to appoint to the New Zealand Trade and Enterprise Board
Andrew Alan Ferrier, of Auckland
as chair for a three-year term commencing on 1 November 2012; and reappoint
Julie Claire Molloy Christie, of Auckland
Charles Holmes Finny, of Wellington
Peter Ramsay Townsend, of Christchurch
as board members for three-year terms commencing on
1 August 2012.
