Pursuant to section 280(5) of the Gambling Act 2003,
I hereby give notice of variations to the name and purpose
of the Lottery Environment and Heritage Committee
("the committee").
The committee shall henceforth be known as the Lottery World War One Commemorations, Environment and Heritage Committee.
Its purpose will be to make grants for projects that:
(a) commemorate the centenary of World War One; or
(b) foster the conservation, preservation and promotion of New Zealand’s natural, physical and cultural heritage.
The variations do not affect the continuity of the committee or the terms of appointment of the committee members.
