Pursuant to section 160(3) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I, Gabriel Makhlouf, Secretary to the Treasury, hereby
give notice that on 11 July 2012 we, Marilyn Scott,
Group Manager, Education, Curriculum and Performance, Ministry of Education, and Gabriel Makhlouf, Secretary
to the Treasury, gave approval under section 160(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, in relation to section 161
of that Act, for Hinds School Board of Trustees to acquire shares in Ashburton Trading Society Limited up to an aggregate maximum value of $500.00.
