Pursuant to section 28(a) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, we hereby appoint
Enid Pearl Ratahi-Pryor
as a member of the Housing New Zealand Corporation Board, as established under the Housing Corporation Act 1974 (as amended by the Housing Corporation Amendment Act 2001), for a term of three years commencing on 27 June 2012.
