The notice of direction to appoint a limited statutory manager for the board of trustees of Blomfield Special School and Resource Centre (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 10 December 2009, No. 183, page 4427) is hereby revoked under section 78M(7) of the Education Act 1989.
This notice takes effect on the day of publication.
