Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(ii) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 17 November 2010, which was granted under those Regulations to Moire Mathieson in respect of FUNdamentals 1 (70416), situated at
875 Ferry Road, Ferrymead, Christchurch.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
