Pursuant to clause 1(1) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Minister for ACC has been pleased to appoint
Paula Rebstock, of North Shore
as the interim chair of the ACC Board with effect from
1 July 2012 until a formal selection and appointment process for a chairperson can be completed.
