Pursuant to section 164 of the Animal Products Act 1999, notice is given of the issue on 21 June 2012 of the:
(a) Animal Products (Contaminant Monitoring and Surveillance) Notice 2012; and
(b) Animal Products (Regulated Control Scheme - Hormonal Growth Promotants) Notice 2012.
Both notices come into force on 1 July 2012.
Copies of the notices may be inspected at or obtained from the office of the Ministry for Primary Industries, Pastoral House, Level 13, 25 The Terrace, Wellington.
