Pursuant to clause 1(2), Schedule 5 of the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Administrator of the Government has appointed
Graeme Robertson Mitchell, of Wellington
as the deputy chairperson of the External Reporting Board for a term commencing on 15 June 2012 and expiring on
16 February 2015.
