Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 23 September 2009, which was granted under those Regulations to Marilyn
Van Asch in respect of Village Kids Childcare
Centre Napier 2 (55500), situated at 24 Leyland Street, Onekawa, Napier.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
