Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 14 November 2011,
which was granted under those Regulations to Kimberley Crisp in respect of The Nest Private Kindergarten (55501), situated at 291 Te Mata Road, Havelock North.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
