Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(ii) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 13 October 2010,
which was granted under those Regulations to Leanne Tong in respect of Kindercare Learning Centres 204 (45560), situated at 227 Armagh Street, Christchurch.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
