Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 27 June 2001, which
was granted under those Regulations to Linda Ann Smith in respect of Smiths City Childcare Centre (Bumbles) (10246), situated at 9 Vinery Lane, Whangarei.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
