Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(ii) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 20 December 2010, which was granted under those Regulations to Moire Mathieson in respect of FUNdamentals 2-Vicarage@Riverside (70075), situated at 307 New Brighton Road, Burwood, Christchurch.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
