Pursuant to section 105 of the Financial Advisers Act 2008, the Minister of Commerce has reappointed the following as members of the Disciplinary Committee:
Tracey Marie Berry, of Christchurch
for a term commencing on 2 June 2012 and expiring on
1 June 2017;
Simon Joseph Hassan, of Auckland
for a term commencing on 2 June 2012 and expiring on
1 June 2016; and
Peter Houghton, of Arrowtown
for a term commencing on 2 June 2012 and expiring on
1 June 2015.
