I, Jeremy Salmond, Treasury Solicitor, acting under delegated authority from the Secretary to the Treasury, hereby give notice that on 23 April 2012, I first became aware that the Crown was vested under section 324(1) of
the Companies Act 1993 (by virtue of the removal
of Invensys NZ Limited from the Register of Companies on 22 December 2007) with the rights to a distribution by the liquidators of Central Office Park Limited (in liquidation).
The distribution relates to a claim in liquidation by Feltrax International Limited dated 16 November 1993.
Feltrax International Limited was amalgamated with Invensys NZ Limited on 22 December 2006.
