Pursuant to section 5 of the Taxation Review Authorities Act 1994, His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand hereby appoints
Allison Anne Sinclair, District Court Judge of Auckland
as a Taxation Review Authority for a term of five years commencing on the date hereof.
