Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 13 February 2012, which was granted under those Regulations to Gloria Yaxley in respect of Smiley Faces Educare 2 Ltd (60294), situated
at 779 Fergusson Drive, Upper Hutt.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
