Pursuant to section 34(8) of the Local Government (Auckland Council) Act 2009, the Local Government Commission gives notice that the following maps have been amended in the manner indicated below:
Map Amendment
Maps LGC-Ak-W11, LGC-Ak-LB18, LGC-Ak-W13 and LGC Ak-LB21 By removing parts of Lots 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20, DP 436444 from the Franklin Ward, Franklin Local Board area and Wairoa Subdivision and including those areas in the Howick Ward, Howick Local Board area and Botany Subdivision.
