Pursuant to section 78E(1) of the Education Act 1989, the annual levy payable by the boards of state schools who are participants in the School Risk Management Scheme is set at the rate of $10.50 per student per annum.
The purpose of the annual levy is to recover the administration, insurance, and claim costs of the scheme.
This notice will come into force on 1 January 2013 and will apply each year until the notice is revoked or the school risk management scheme is discontinued under section 78D of the Education Act 1989.
