Under Regulation 28(2) of the Gas (Information Disclosure) Regulations 1997 ("the Regulations"), Powerco Limited is hereby exempted, until 31 August 2012, from the particular requirement of Regulation 23 that the associated disclosure is made within two months after the end of each financial year.
