Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 18 January 2012, which was granted under those Regulations to Kathleen Hawker in respect of Flying Start Childcare (40333), situated at 1271 Whakatau Street, Rotorua Central, Rotorua.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
