Pursuant to the New Zealand Public Health and Disability Act 2000 and the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Minister of Health has appointed
Charles Iraia Grant
as a member of the board of Wairarapa DHB for a term commencing on 7 May 2012 and ending on 8 December 2013.
