Pursuant to section 160(3) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I, Jeremy Salmond, Treasury Solicitor, hereby give notice that on 12 April 2012, The Honourable Bill English, Minister of Finance, and The Honourable Steven Joyce, Minister for Economic Development, gave approval, under section 160(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, in relation
to section 164 of that Act, for New Zealand Venture Investment Fund Limited to enter into forward foreign exchange contracts in order to manage foreign currency obligations.
