Pursuant to section 2 and the Schedule of the Engineering Associates Act 1961, I hereby give notice to remove the Institute of Measurement and Control Incorporated as
a nominating association to the Engineering Associates Registration Board.
The removal of the association takes effect on 27 April 2012.
