Pursuant to Regulation 15(3) of the Marine Mammals Protection Regulations 1992, I, Sue Cosford, Deputy Director-General, Operations, Department of Conservation, give notice that I am amending the notice that was given
by the then Director-General of Conservation on 30 May 2002 and published in the New Zealand Gazette,
13 June 2002, No. 62, page 1609, by extending its term to
1 August 2012 inclusive.
