Under section 60 of the Ngati Awa Claims Settlement Act 2005 and section 65 of the Ngati Tuwharetoa (Bay of Plenty) Claims Settlement Act 2005, the Minister of Conservation hereby appoints
Reverend Paora Hunia
to be a member of a joint advisory committee established under the respective claims settlement Acts for a balance term of five years from 22 June 2011.
