Crown Entities Act 2004, I, Lieutenant General The Right Honourable Sir Jerry Mateparae, GNZM, QSO, Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby appoint

as a member and chairperson of the Independent Police Conduct Authority for a term of five years commencing on 16 April 2012.
