Further to a notice published in the New Zealand Gazette,
16 February 2012, No. 17, page 421, and pursuant to section 87J(6) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, sections 28 and
29 of the State Sector Act 1988, and a delegation from
the Minister of Transport dated 27 November 2007,
I give notice that having received an application from
Air New Zealand Limited, the Minister of Transport has varied the scheduled international air service licence held
by that airline to provide for Air New Zealand to code-share on domestic services in Japan, and resume operations to Denpasar (Bali).
The variation took effect from 21 March 2012.
